Anyone know what hex tool size I need to get this fixed or can I do something else? I checked Home depot, harbor freight and they don't have the size I need.

Have you tried the hex head of a bolt.....maybe metric.
If you find a match then 2 nuts jammed together will give you wrenching flats. Maybe a high grade bolt, shorter is better for wrenching close to the plug.
Is it brass or steel?
Spray might be needed.0 -
That's a good idea. Pretty sure it's steel.
