Hi,

This Pennco boiler was installed three years ago but just had a minor repair last year. It was having trouble with hot water a few weeks ago and now, it seems to stopped working. There's a really bad water leakage, which I am not familiar with the terms of the valve. Can someone let me know what I can do to fix it or what I should tell the plumber to do? I wasn't really expecting it to breakdown. Send help, please and thanks.

And I feel like it's letting out fumes before it happened.

Looks like you have a bunch of small problems. A few leaks and the boiler relief valve is dumping water. The relief valve problem could be a bad relief valve or a bad water pressure reducing valve or an expansion tank issue.

Looks like you have a few minor leaks to be fixed on the piping as well.

If the boiler is not operating I can't have an opinion on that without further information.

We cannot talk about any pricing or repair costs. That is against forum rules.

I would suggest calling your service technician.
