Radiator Identification

Hey,
Would anyone be able to tell me what brand of radiator this is, and possibly a date range? There's some lettering on the end caps, however, there's too many coats of paint to make anything out.
I do not own the book unfortunately, and the almighty Google is coming up empty. It's on a two pipe system.
