    Is that Personification or Anthropomorphism? I'm not sure. But I would really like to know. Are there any grammar teachers (or former grammar experts) on this site?

    It's personification @EdTheHeaterMan because steam, water and air are inanimate. Anthropomorphism is when you assign human qualities to an animal. Thanks for watching!
