    last one i did, if my memory serves me, the brackets were screwed in, so I unscrewed the brackets and removed the tank. Or was that a Baxi?

    Top of tank with bracket. Looks like I have to pry the tank out. Hope I don't break the bracket.

    From my experience, not really @ekc. I usually re-pressurize them in place (if the bladder isn’t broken) and add an external one if necessary.

    That is a Zilmet tank.
    Pretty expensive to replace.
    I agree w/ @Danny Scully to try and re-pressurize it w/ a compressor.
    50/50 shot at it working.
    If you need to pull it disconnect the nut at the bottom . push it up and the bottom slides out. I have done a few.... make sure to have a bucket underneath.

    Thanks for your advice.  I was able to empty tank and repressurize without having to remove tank.
