I have a hot water baseboard boiler made by The H.B. Smith company and one of the zones will not start boiler, the zone does open and the boiler makes a click noise but will not fire up. What can cause this issue?

Boiler makes a click, maybe bad relay at boiler.0

the click from the boiler would suggest that we need some pictures to figure out how it is set up. Could be it is firing the boiler when the zone calls but the end switch isn't starting the pump if it is wired that way. The boiler might not be firing when you observe it because it has shut off on high limit because it is not circulating.1
