Can't get heater to fire part 2

So, just about a month ago I had an issue with my heater. The inducer motor went out and stopped working. It has been working great...until the motor did the same thing... It is getting signal to go from the t-stat. But the motor won't spin... Just kinda buzzed a bit. Called the supplier I got the motor from, they told me it is a 3-4 week turn around, they have to send the motor back for the warranty.
Any thoughts on what might be happening would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

Try spinning the blower wheel by hand to see if it spins freely

Bad circuit board. You need a volt meter to check for power to the vent motor.

    @EBEBRATT-Ed the motor spins freely

@unclejohn forgive me for being a bit slow. How would I test that?

I don't have money to call out a person to fix it. I have a digital multimeter. Any help would be awesome.

Here is a photo of the heater model.. It's old.. Probably need a new one... But again with the money thing.

The inducer is brand new. It was working fine until it just stopped, took the motor to the supply place i got it and they showed me its good... Seems to be something else... Again any help would be awesome.

    Thank you in advance

Is this motor in the vent pipe after the furnace or is it mounted inside the furnace. Can you post a picture of the motor.

@unclejohn here is a photo of the motor firebox and gas valve. The relay box is open until I figure this out. Thanks again.

Can you hear the motor trying to start? A hum? Does it get hot?
The fan spins freely by hand and not rubbing on the burner housing?
    Is there a capacitor somewhere?

When it first stopped yes you could hear a hum and a click of the relay. After I took the motor to the supplier, they tested it and found it to be good, it hasn't made a sound. It is wired in exactly the same as before I pulled it out. I did replace all but 1 wire nut, but didn't move any connection.

    Does it get hot?

Not getting hot that I can feel, the old motor was humming and got hot.

It does free spin do binding and nothing in the housing.

    > Is there a capacitor somewhere?

No capacitor that I have seen.

And here is a look at the wiring diagram for the control box.

Check both your limit switches. One is probable open. The lower limit is down by the indoor blower motor maybe.
