WeilMclain Aquabalance Menus not working

I had a Weil Mcclain Aquabalance 155-C installed recently, and I just added the outdoor reset sensor this week. I am trying to access the menu to change which OTC curve to use, but I cannot get to it. I press the reset button for 5 seconds and and all I see is flashing diagonal lines, like this:

Is there a problem with the controller or am I just missing something? Thanks.

    Those lines are counting the seconds...after 5 lines release the reset button and CU will be flashing . Follow the instructions in the manual
