Energy Efficient Operation

Hi All, new to the forum and have a nagging question since I installed radiant heat years ago. What is the most energy efficient way to operate the heating system. a. leave it on all the time or turn it way down at night? Currently and using a timer + thermostat, the floor is set to come on at 6am to 71 degrees, then at 10 am it is turned down to 68 then at 10 pm it is set to 60. Is this better than leaving the temp set to about 68 all day long and turning it down to perhaps 66 at night?
What settings will give me the best use of power?

thanks

Your temp changes are not that significant. The best application for setback is if you are gone for more than two days. Any shorter, anything you take away, you will need to put back. Steady state is most efficient in the short term.
