Recirc pump

I'm looking for a recirc pump that doesn't need to have a timer manual set and able to be installed without running a separate line back to the hot water heater

Pick a brand, Grundfos, Taco, AquaMotion, B&G all have retro kits that use the cold line as the recirc line.
AquaMotion has some unique options.
