Hydronic base boards to cast iron base boards, how difficult is it?

We want to buy used cast iron base boards and switch the existing hydronic base boards in the back of the house. Is that possible?

    Sure, but you'll have to calculate your existing btu output to match it to your new btu output and either adjust the size of the them, or the water temperature.
    Make sure you leak test them before bringing them home and hooking them up.
