T-stat wiring

looking for directions on wiring an Azel D508F to a Taco relay SR 503. Specifically, I'm not sure where the two control wires from the Azel should go on the relay. Thanks

On the left side of the SR503 there are R-C transformer terminals. R-C on the 503 to R-C on the thermostat.
R-W on the 503 to 1-2 on the thermostat.0 -
