Oil Boiler efficiency results

Hello, my Weil-McLain gold series G04 oil boiler has been giving me problems in the last year or so. I’m not sure if it is the people doing the work, or if the boiler genuinely needs more TLC(cleaning etc). I have had 4 visits today being the 5th in the last year alone. Today’s error is a 24H LOCKOUT fault ignitor message. I ask for assistance because my hvac guy is very short with me always, even when I ask general questions as to what’s going on. I am a mechanical engineer, however hvac is not my discipline so I stray away from trying to fix these things myself in fear of causing a bigger issue. Attached is my efficiency report . Does this look okay? Or is there room for improvement ? I can list all the parts replaced in the last year.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I've seen better results from these boilers. Is this a steam or hot-water system?

If you're getting -.03 & -.05 (I'm assuming minus) that boiler is pretty clean and maybe a little too much draft. And especially if your pulling that draft on a nice warm day.
I'll also guess you are using your boiler for domestic hot water, which is probably why it's clean(ish).
Nuisance lockouts can come from a variety of components-could be as simple as a vacuum leak up to and including improper set up (draft, excess air, etc), as well as a component like an ignitor or transformer, failing fuel pump, restriction in fuel line, or a dead spot in the motor.
All of the components are easy to check by a competent technician with proper diagnostic tools & skills.
Most guys will sadly check to see if you have spark, change the nozzle, look at the flame and walk away and say it's fine.
Looks like your guy didn't have an analyzer (don't see a printout, but the date on the card was from last month).

But is seems like you have a primary control that told you it failed to ignite. So I'd start there.

Looks like you need a more skilled person.

For that boiler, the stack temp looks high, the co2 low, and the overfire draft is too high.
It should be closer to say 350 degrees, 11.5 co2, and -.02 overfire draft. Those boilers typically run about 85-86% efficiency.
I am not sure what control you have, but I am not familiar with a 24h lockout code, so I can't help you with that.

I agree with other comments about the results, would like to see the CO2% higher.
5 visits in a year and a list of parts certainly sounds concerning to me, on top of the tech being short with you i would certainly be finding another company.
I enjoyed educating customers about the problems with their systems, if somebody doing work in my home was short with me and not HAPPY to answer ANY questions I had then they would simply not be welcome back.

Also, if that test is from 5/29/18 and several parts have been changed then someone should have done another test on the boiler. depending on what parts were changed.
