Boiler recommendation

Hi my boiler, baxi luna is not working. I have had 3 people trying to fix it with no luck. They all have been able to make it work for a few hours. Hot and heat water, and then it stops. Last technician told me he can fix, but last 1 year. Time to buy a new one, perhaps. Been spending already to much money trying to fix it... Each technician suggests a new boiler with a different brand, IBC, Nevian and Dunkirk. No one wants Bosch or Baxi, seems complicated system (at least that im told + parts expensive). The Technician I liked the most says he wants to install IBC, but I can not find reviews. Does anyone have an IBC
boiler, any tips, suggestions. I am afraid to use Dunkirk online only found bad reviews. Nevian seem what the market is pushing that does not mean its good. Thank you for any advice.
