is there a way to get email notification when someone replies to a discussion you started / subscrib

in THE MAIN WALL
Sorry, I am looking for a settings page when logged in and not seeing this. Is there a way to get an email when someone replies to a discussion I wrote? and / or can you subscribe to a thread to get those notifications? Seems I have to be logged in, click on my name at the top right then look at the notifications?

    There's a little star in the header of the discussion that you can highlight for notifications
    You can have it good, fast or cheap. Pick two

    You can click on the star, as @Canucker mentioned. Or if you're on a desktop computer:
    • Click on the gear icon next to your username
    • Click Edit Profile
    • Click on Notification Preferences in the list on the right
    • Choose options
    • Click Save Preferences
