    Raising the steam pressure always fixes things. >:)

    How many people will read that and agree that their own system needs the pressure raised?

    NYCHA also has problems with maintenance tickets being closed without any work or inspections being done and also reporting to the Federal government that lead paint inspections were done when they weren't.
