Smart controls for hot water radiator (in a condo building)

Options
Hello - I am in the process of replacing PTAC units with a split-system AC and hot water radiators in my condo apartment. While there are tons of solutions for wireless control of the AC, I am unable to find any established products for hot water radiators - I mean either smart radiators or smart valves to put on dumb radiators. A couple of smart valves are available on the market (Danfoss Eco, Energenie) but neither is sold in the US.

Has anyone gone through this process yet? Is it doable? What would be the right approach here?

Thanks in advance.

I've tried to buy the Danfoss Living Eco for my clients as well and was told they are just not set up for the US market. They are calibrated in centigrade, they have different threads than we use and the wi-fi signal (or something like that) is also different.
    Bleh.

Caleffi has a nice system also, it will fit our standard heads sold here. It is in metric units and most Euro stuff tends to be on the En Ocean protocol
