Utica has hot water 4 zones

Options
I recently moved to a home with a Utica gas fired baseboard hot water furnace. With Connecticut weather hitting cold the furnace has been serviced and appeared to be operating properly. However, the fourth zone (priority zone) goes on when the 1st zone commands heat and also when the 4th zone commands heat. The priority switch is off; I can stop this from occurring by manually shutting off isolation valve, or by disconnecting the wiring to the 4th zone valve. Other wiring looks ok so thinking a control board glitch causing the relay to trigger on zone 4 when zone one turns on. Also there is a jumper on ZC and ZR. Thanks for any ideas before I call in the local HVAC folks.

Continue to troubleshoot swapped relays to no avail; feel the controller is suspect. HVAC tech coming in tomorrow. Stay tuned.

So it's a zone board for motorized zone valves?
4 zones and zone 4 is priority?
Is zone 4 for an indirect? If so, does it have a dedicated circulator?

Does the zone 4 status light show the relay is energized when zone 1 is on, or zone 4 shows off but it heats up anyway?
What model zone board and zone valves?
