Loud rumbling noise when boiler is on

in THE MAIN WALL
We live on the first floor of an up/down duplex. Each floor is a separate unit. Each floor's heat is controlled by a boiler in the basement. When the person living upstairs uses his heat, there is a loud rumbling noise that vibrates our floor and walls. When this is happening, the boiler itself doesn't seem to make any unusual noises, so I'm guessing it's coming from a pipe running from the basement to the second floor. Anyone have any ideas what this might be or what we might be able to do about it?

    That's an electric motor vibration being transferred to the beams because a mount is wrong, as in the pipe is mounted directly to and tight to the wood. The motor bearings are going, a technician will have to address both.
