Crown boiler

I have 2 zones on my crown boiler. My upstairs zone kicks right on. But my main zone downstairs stays stuck on standby 1. It will not kick on. Any ideas?

Standby 1 indicates regular operation with no call for heat. If one zone is working it's likely an issue on the low voltage side of the problem zone.
Could be thermostat or it's batteries-if it has them, thermostat wiring, zone valve-if it's a zone valve system.
Some more specifics of your system could help narrow it down. A picture or two of the boiler from a few feet back is always helpful.0 -
Exactly. Something is preventing the call for heat from that zone.Contact John "JohnNY" Cataneo, NYC Master Plumber, Lic 1784
