Tall narrow radiator needs a new home

Pulled this one from the hallway of a 3 floor rowhouse where it was doing nothing but wasting money. Hallways are not excessively cold without it. What should I do with it? Junk, sale, free? In Jersey City, 07307.

    Don't junk it! I'm sure someone who needs a 30EDR rad will take it off of your hands.

    Yeah, don't scrap it whatever you do. There is a booming business in used radiators. Lets, put it this way- you can't get that radiator anymore. Not that one. That means it has value.

    It's easy to say not to scrap it but I don't have anyone banging down my door for this. There seems to be a big market failure connecting people with radiators to people who need them. I'd rather give it away to someone who will use it than sell it for scrap.
