Party Barn

This is an old bank barn converted into a party barn on an estate in Leesburg, VA. We installed the heating system in 2006 - radiant floor heat with plates under the 1-1/4" plank floor.

The AC system was installed by another contractor. After multiple refrigerant leaks, the owner asked us to replace the AC system.

In addition to the radiant, a flush convector runs the length of the glass wall. Two gas furnaces provide back up as well as quick recovery from setback.

Awesome looking place! Thanks for sharing. Is it the norm in the East to condition a space with a bare tin ceiling/roof or is this just a nostalgic venue type thing that is only conditioned on occasion? That is unheard of in the Midwest

Do you have any pictures when there is a actual party going on?

I stopped looking at the building once I saw you mix and pour your own AC slabs. That's awesome.

DanThat is such a cool looking job My son was just married in a barn in Minneapolis last October and I froze my butt off. They had no heat. I wish they had talked with you. The tough people in Minnesota made fun of me.
