My old steel radiation rotted after about 9 years the green house is usaully wet or at least damp. I'm told I can buy standard fin tube radiation with stainless steel covers has anyone seen this before. The other option I'm thinking of is a unit heater with a hydronic coil.

Most hanging type fan coil unit heaters are galvanized (with copper tube, aluminum fins), but they wouldn't be difficult to change out every 10 years or so. A lot of heat in a small package.

There may be other advantages to moving some air in the space with a forced convection unit heater. Depending on what cash crop you are growing :)

I'll bet if you search hard enough there are some harsh environment units out there intended for wet, humid applications. There were some bathroom specific fin tube baseboard assemblies on the market years back.

There's a spray product called Coil Guard we use to protect condenser coils in salt air areas near the ocean.
Not sure if its applicable for high heat, but it's worth a web search.
