    I know they have good rep support and training with the Rathe team on L.I. They have some live fired units at their office.
    I believe Laars build their own Mascot now, for a time it was a relabeled Baxi.

    I have a Mascot at my MIL must be around 16 years old now, not one single failure and it's a combi unit that cycles a lot for DHW.

    16 years without a failure. I'd give that an A+ for reliability. Some things are just built to last!

    It is a Baxi Luna rebadge....l Just replaced one a month ago. 10 yrs old. leaking. Seemed like a fair amount of plastic parts in it.
