Radiant Cooling Controls

I am looking to see if anyone can share experience with Radiant Cooling Controls. I have designed and installed a number of Radiant Cooling systems and have paid exorbitant sums for control systems. I am trying to make this technology more accessible to my clients. Essentially, a Radiant Cooling control is simply a floating setpoint control that moves a 3 way valve actuator. It uses temp and humidity sensors to keep supply temps 2-3 degrees over the dewpoint in a room and also to turn on a dehumidification system. Not super complicated. I'm somewhat familiar with Tekmar. Anyone have experience with that control? I am very familiar with Messana controls. Very nice. What else is out there? Thanks.

Shouldn’t be that complicated. Only need humidistat, manometer and thermostat to figure out dew point. Only reason I could see it costing so much is economy of scale.
