Does anyone have any experience with this system? If so how reliable is it? I'm considering trying it on a commercial project.

    Have several installed in buildings . A few as old as 4 years old now and never had a problem with any of them , they operate as claimed .
    You didn't get what you didn't pay for and it will never be what you thought it would .
