Ignition failure

I have a 15 year old Burnham oil fired boiler circulating hot water through baseboard radiators. Burner is marked "Beckett RWB" and a Honeywell unit controls the whole shebang. Twice in the last few months the burner failed to fire and I assume went into a "lockout" condition. A quick push of the red reset button on the Honeywell and the unit fired up instantly and smoothly and has operated properly for some time. My question is--what might be causing the lockout condition? A new nozzle was put in during the summer and there are new dual filters in the oil line.

    Options
    Many things can cause a lock out, best to have a qualified tech go over it.
    -Loss of flame due to draft
    -Bad ignitor
    -Air if fuel line
    -Bad primary control
    -Poor flame
    -Dirty flame sensor
    Just to name a few
