Thermostat control for radiant primary with secondary heat source backup

I have a primary radiant heat system and hydro air back up for when the radiant can’t keep up. How do I set thermostats to control them ?

  You need a 2 stage thermostat for heat and ?? for cooling.
  Look into a Honeywell Pro 9.
  Whatever you choose, make sure it's got a radiant anticipator.
