Please help with beckett afg burner

It shut off and the green light flashes. I replaced the filter and nozzle, but didn't help. The problem is the pump is not pumping oil to the nozzle. I get flow out the bleed valve only. So, is the pump not getting a signal to pump or is the pump bad?

Is it the Beckett clean cut pump?
If clean cut, could be a bad solenoid, primary or pump.

If not clean cut, it's probably a bad pump, BUT, check for a sticker on top of the pump or on the housing above the pump. Is there one that states PSI?
Replacement fuel pumps come set at 100 PSI. If you don't have the means, and it needs to be adjusted, you need to call a pro. It should be checked regardless. A combustion analysis is also a good idea. Nozzles have a + or - 10% margin from the stamped firing rate and other adjustments might be needed for optimum efficiency and 0 smoke.

It could be a number of things, or a combination of a number of things.
First of all, pumping oil into the chamber without it lighting is a very dangerous situation.
A diagnosis is performed with proper instruments. If you don't have them you are just guessing, replacing parts. Even after you find the problem, you will still need to perform a proper combustion test to set the draft, combustion air, smoke etc.
I would leave the job to a professional.

-You replaced the filter/nozzle. Did you properly bleed the unit?
-Did you do a vacuum test on the pump?
-Did you do a pump cut-off test on the pump and check the pump pressure?
-Did you make sure the coupling isn't slipping?
-Did you change the pump strainer? If so, did you re-install it correctly.
-Do you have an oil valve? If so, is it getting power? Did you check the ohms?
-Did you install the proper nozzle correctly?
-Did you set the electrodes correctly?
-Is the nozzle line at the correct Z dimension?
    -Is your ignitor working properly?
-Is your ignitor getting the proper voltage?
-Did you check you burner motor? Depending on type, ohms, amp draw, etc.
-Did you change the air band and/or shutter and now you have too much combustion air?
-Do you have oil in the tank and is it getting to the fuel pump? Gravity or lift (or depending on fuel level)?
And on and on and on. You turned a simple lockout into something more involved. Once you touched it, now a tech will have to go thru all of this and more to make sure everything is correct.

if the light is flashing, need to hold the button in till it flashes then release, the primary should come out of lock out
