Never seen this one. The tour lady let me see the boiler in the 1896 high-scale home, but it was a plain 80s boiler. I did notice a pipe heading to the attic (now a flat roof). There were other rads that were much more common.

    The first one is an Aetna flue-type window radiator, made by American Radiator Co. . Page 57 of "E.D.R."

    The second is an Italian Flue rad, also made by American Radiator. Page 59 of "E. D.R.".

    If the pipe going to the attic was fairly large, this is an overhead or Mills system, with the supply mains run in the attic and feeding down to the rads.

    Yes it seemed to be an original hw system with the expansion tank in the attic.

    Those window rads are the exact model units I had in the home I grew up in Vermont. That system is/was a gravity hot water system.
