Need a combi boiler installation in Washington DC. Any suggestions?

Apologies in advance if this post is in the wrong place or doesn’t make sense. These are the ramblings of a desperate man!

Basically I’m trying to find someone in the Washington DC area that can install a combi boiler.
For those still reading my wife and I started a remodel of our Washington DC rowhouse sometime ago. In short it’s an addition to the back of it. Pour contractor suggested installing a boiler that would provide radiant floor heating to the addition (that back part of the house), heat to cast iron radiators (front of the house) and provide domestic hot water.

He designed and purchased (well me really) a system from a company called Radiant Floor Company. Well he has since abandoned the project (a much, much longer story). I’ve got most house done now but for the life of me cannot find someone to install the combi. Multitude of reasons; no response, won’t install customer provided equipment (I understand!), unfamiliar with the work. You name it.

So now the question – does anyone know who I could reach out to in the Washington DC area that would take a look at it? The house is so close to being done, and I’ve got a baby coming soon, and just want to solve this last part of the puzzle.

Appreciate the time, and any suggestions. Oh and happy to answer any questions (zones, what was purchased, my favorite food) the best I can. Thanks!

I doubt you will find anyone to install owner supplied equipment (but stranger things have happened). You may have to explore selling what you have in favor of another contractors supplied equipment. Who installed what you have? Was a proper heat loss done? How was the equipment you bought sized? There may be a lot more going on here than you realize.
Having a contractor abandon a project like that would make me suspect everything that was done. It may be worth getting someone in to at least consult (for a fee) to see where you really are.

I am sure others will be along with advice and input.

I feel your pain. There were a couple low points during my DIY install during which I would've sold my soul for a visit from a pro.

Have you contacted the company that sold you the system? They may know installers in a couple markets.

@Dan Foley gets my vote as well. You can't go wrong with him.

You may experience pushback even from guys who are not too swift about working on or even touching a Radiant Floor Company design . I would call Dan and really listen to what he says and follow his advice .
