Question regarding air coil?

Where would an air coil be installed. Downstream of the fan or upstream of the fan or below the window? I am a plumber and I need some help with some A/C questions.

    You're not a licensed plumber. Judging by your incoherent postings, you're at best an new HVAC student, or someone with hardly any skills trying to do work they have no ability to do. Read the manuals for the equipment you purchase.
