I saw this one yesterday in a 5 story building in downtown DC. I still run across smaller Sarco Therms every now and then. This is the biggest I have seen still in operation.

We will be replacing this 1950's vintage Peerless this spring once the building loop is changed over to cooling.0

This is the water heater flue. Who knows how long it has been this way ??
