Steam Heating System Issues

I'm a trustee of a 100-yr old church in Park Slope, Brooklyn. We're having difficulties with our steam heating system...banging radiators, water shooting out from some vents. I'm looking for somebody to evaluate the system and recommend solutions. Thanks for your help.
