  Looks like an un-vented model.
  Could work fine, if used with caution by someone that understands the risks.
  
  Perhaps in a shop with ventilation etc.
  

  Single pipe 392sqft system with an EG-40 rated for 325sqft and it's silent and balanced at all times.
