burner not staying on

in Gas Heating
i have a mobile home furnace early model nordyne forced air.the problem is burners come on after glow plug glows 2 times the burner ignites for 5 seconds then drops out this is repeated until fan control gets up to temp.there is no flame sensor just glow plug for ignition.blower does come on at temp but why does burner keep going off?

If you have no dedicated flame sensor then the glow plug (HSI) is also the flame sensor. Even though it glows red to ignite, it may not be able to do its job of sensing flame.
It is about the least expensive part to change, they don't always last very long. They were very fragile on older furnaces. Probably not cleanable without breaking.
