Thank god I went down to the basement for something and saw the large puddle on the floor. Powered off the unit and removed the cover and water is leaking out the top of the "revision set air vent" as marked in the parts guide in the manual. Internet search didn't turn anything up. Last cleaned 13 months ago. Plumbing company is on their way over - anyone have any ideas as what could be the issue? Burner installed in 2009 and been working fine since. Thx

It's basically a common "Hy-Vent" that assists in releasing trapped air in your system.
Most here say not "if" but "when" the Hy-Vent leaks....
It's a easy repair, in the mean time you can screw down it's cap to prevent further leakage.

Thanks - they charged $213 for what amounted to 5 minutes of work replacing the vent. Live and learn ...0
