2 9kbtu+9kbtu indoor and 1 18kbtu 2 zone outside heat pump

Dear all,
1. I'm planning to install Fujitsu 18kbtu dual zone with 2 9k+9k inside units. 98% only 1 unit will be used at one time. can i buy and install 12k+12k inside unit?
2. what would be the minimum refrigerant line length from each inside unit to the outside condenser unit.
3. Is it okay if my outside condenser unit is above the inside units?
anyone's answer will be highly appreciated.

I would download the installation and operating manual ..... should be easy to find.....or get it from your dealer....it will have all this in there.....thats the best way to goASM Mechanical Company
