    I've had this for years- several editions in fact. It's one of my favorites.

    Read this, then read George "Firedragon" Lanthier's book "Combustion and Oil-Burning Equipment" (earlier version) or "Advanced Residential Oilburners" (current version). You'll see Mr. Graham's influence. Everyone who services oil burners should have both of these books.
