I have an unused new in box Hydrolevel 20 foot remote cable that I wish to sell as I am not going to use it after finding the second replacement Hydrostat is not working .

I am selling it for fifty dollars and postage to your zip code as
Hydrolevel will not allow me to return it to the retailer for
a refund as thier excuse was it was past the ten day
return period-(I am not done with this or them yet) BUT if I
can sell it to you as it was not used and it is in the original shipping box.

    Hello Steamhead,

    the cable end plugs into the Hydrolevel circuit board and the thermocouple is simply inserted into the Hydrowell brand well for a boiler, I believe that it can be used in other brands of wells also with no issues.

    Good Morning,

    The Hydrostat 20 foot remote cable I have for sale on the forum
    is no longer for sale.

    I called the Connecticut Attorney Generals office placing an inquiry as to what I should do as they told my plumbing parts supplier that they would not accept it or refund my money and as a result of the phone call to my supplier and and his phone call to Hydrolevel in Connecticut the Hydrolevel folks will refund my money minus the UPS shipping charge to return the remote cable to them.

    Diplomacy works especially when you know where to call and what to do.
