I'm in Hot water

I'm looking at installing a new heating system in a 4 story 12 unit apartment complex. I need to find a way to calculate the size of the hot water tanks needed to supply this building. I have the fixture count for the whole building. Any help out there?

http://lochspec.lochinvar.com/ is similar. I've never directly compared the results, but that might make for an interesting exercise.
