Hello
Has anyone seen this type of radiator before? See pic. The current boiler is
Sears Roebuk and Co. Model # 229.96035
150k btu in
We are trying to size the system correctly for a replacement but we cannot figure out which type of radiator it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'd bet @Steamhead knows what it is.
Single pipe 392sqft system with an EG-40 rated for 325sqft and it's silent and balanced at all times.
