AO SMITH 120 BURKEY WITH WHITE RODGERS IMMERSION THERMOSTAT 11C45 910

Boiler heat has dropped significantly to around 105 degrees. It looks like the White Rodgers 11C45 910 immersion thermometer is faulty. Does anyone know if this thermometer or a similar replacement is available? I am also looking for a reputable and competent plumber servicing the New York area to either fix the thermostat or to plumb a new AO Smith Burkay 120 water boiler.

    Yeah, that is a mechanical/electrical control and is subject to wear and tear and will on occasion fail to operate. Usually, a quick whack with a screw driver is enough to cause it to start working again, but it will probably stick again.
