Pensotti piping

Anyone out there familair with piping of a pensotti so it wont sound like a waterfall after a couple of days later when the heat is turned on.
Currently the way we are piping it might be incorrect, but would like some feed back.
Coming out of the back of the boiler with supplied header then 1-1/4 ell, close nipple 1-1/4 x3/4 tee for L.W.C.O , 1-1/4x6 in nipple, honeywell supervent ,1-1/4x6in nipple 1-1/4 tee for heating zones with zone valves on return , 1-1/4 nipple circ ,flow check heading toward indirect. 1156F and backflow are feeding on return side bottom of boiler, extrol tank on supply.
