Broomell Valve settings

Greetings! Can some explain the settings ( Full ON , OFF, etc.) as you move around the dial on this valve?

    On my Trane valves, they're preset so Full "ON" may not be the highest setting, but that which heats the rads ~80% full. It's calculated for each rad. I don't know how these work so perhaps a pro will jump in.
    Two-pipe Trane vaporvacuum system; 1466 edr
    Twinned, staged Slantfin TR50s piped into 4" header with Riello G400 burners; 240K lead, 200K lag Btus. Controlled by Taco Relay and Honeywell RTH6580WF
