Question for my fellow professionals

I am looking at another fairly new over sized boiler. 456 square feet where 354 would have done. Convector system and I installed a vapor stat. Boiler is an atmospheric natural gas and is running at the low fire for the number of sections.
What would you tell the customer to do next?
I have my list. Replace clogged return, increase cross over trap speed, improve main vent and repair the one bad trap.

Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.

I have removed burner tubes in the past. It is just the Tim discourages that die to poor flame geometry. It is a PEG 50 Weil McLain. That is 7 burners. The PEG55 is 8 burners. The boiler uses 2.45 mm orfices. Any thoughts on changing them to 2.0 mm ?Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.
