Dumb question... how do I measure the height of a radiator?

How do I measure my radiator to find the EDR from here https://archive.org/stream/idealfitterradia00amerrich#page/98/mode/2up

Do I measure from the floor to the top, thus including the feet? Or do I measure from the bottom of a footless section to the top? Depending how I measure I get 23" or 26", both of which are valid heights for this model, and these radiators came with and without feet.

    Oh, and the other ones in my house could be 36" or 38", depending how you measure, both of which are also valid heights.

    On a Rococo as shown in the attachment, include the feet in the height. If a radiator of this type doesn't have feet, measure it as if it did.

    401/4 sq ft. Finally! Thank you @SethK . I couldn't recall where I originally found the edr for my rad which Gerry gill had ID'd as a rococo seat. good thing too, because I had it slightly wrong.
    Two-pipe Trane vaporvacuum system; 1466 edr
    Twinned, staged Slantfin TR50s piped into 4" header with Riello G400 burners; 240K lead, 200K lag Btus. Controlled by Taco Relay and Honeywell RTH6580WF
