Mini Split Codes: Protech...AKA Rheem.....AKA Haier????

I have an AC only mini-split showing codes on the inside unit.
Power lite blinks green once per second.
Timer lite is solid yellow.
Operate lite is solid green.

Was installed new in 2006. Branded as Protech/Rheem. Sold by Rheem dealer no longer handling that brand.

Fort Smith factory said that was not furnished for the USA market, only Mexico.

Search of mod number brings up Haier Parts list. But no service manual.

Mod MS-AC09AA outside unit. Model MS_HW09AA inside unit.

Any help to TS codes greatly appreciated.

Unit give momentary start bump then flashes codes.

Outside unit runs when connected directly to power. (inside disconnected for this)

    Options
    Can't get any service info, have two choices start replacing parts or replace the unit. Its not that old but in mini split years its getting up there.
