Had a chance to visit this tree house in Washington state this week. It was recently featured on Tree House Nation. This one has an Uponor electric package boiler system with two loops in the floor.
There is quite a waiting list, many years, to have Pete Nelson design and build one. A last minute cancelation allowed Kelly to get his build shortly after getting all the approvals. Start to finish about 14 days!
It's about 70 above the ground on the high side, great location.
