Your question leaves some things to the imagination. A water circ only needs 2 wires. Not sure why you are bringing up the wires on the boiler. Are you looking for a room thermostat or an aquastat?

well to tell the truth, I don't know what I'm doing! Found your site and I'm trying to figure out how to hook this thing up to run off my oil furnace. There is so little info on the heater that I don't know what to do. I can't tell you the difference between a aquastat or room thermostat. All I know is the fan motor has all these wires coming off it and I don't have a clue as to how to hook it up and to what. I appreciate the help.

The info on the motor is Packard Inc. stock no 81617, mod# 8214365039. made in mexico... Thermally protected class b conduit. Air over hp115, rpm1550, v115/208-230, hz 60, amps 2.1/1.1, and this # was down by the trade mark, v111.03. Hope this helps you. Thanks for the time.

Thank you Don! But I have one more question??? Will the Circulator on the furnace run off the thermostat and is it wired into the thermostat?

Sorry it took so long to respond Mike. You have now given more information that may mean the info I provided you is not correct. If that is a multi voltage motor, it MAY be wired for 208 vs 115.............you will need to verify this.........with the wiring diagram on the motor. I think you are now out of your realm.........you need a pro to help you with this. the circulator can either operate with an isolation relay off the line voltage thermostat that you would use to turn the fan on or off with a heat call, or you could wire it to run continuously (not a bad idea on shop heater). Call a pro to help you.
